- To study the system of modern S & OP / IBP (the process of planning sales and operations)
- Identify the main business problems that S & OP / IBP is able to solve, set priorities between them
- Understand and test tools from the S & OP / IBP arsenal and operational planning, define selection criteria for the entire company
- Train management in conflict resolution using the integrated business planning / S&OP methodology
Training - workshop based on materials from international consulting schools with practical tasks for working out specific tools
Study on the best practices and real business cases of international corporations over the past 5 years
Facilitation in working groups (Working Sessions) according to one of the selected scenarios based on a preliminary analysis of participants' requests
